Father Tony’s Weekly Happenings

Father Tony’s Weekly Happenings

Updated Directives

We have received several updates this week from the Diocese in response to the MDHHS order ‘Pause to Save Lives’. Most importantly, public Masses and all sacraments will remain open and fully available to you all. Amen! The most significant changes pertain to in-person meetings and the amount of time staff will spend in the building. We are not permitted to hold any events or meetings that are not considered worship. The parish, school, and faith formation offices will remain open. Staff members that can work remotely will be doing so, but will also be reporting in the building as needed because we are still open, celebrating Mass and Sacraments, as well as teaching classes.

Please continue to be prudent in your own activities during these times, and know that Our Lady of Consolation is your safe home away home. We are thrilled to see those of you who have returned home, and miss all of you who are away. Please reach out to us if we can further support you in any way. And know that we are praying for each one of you!

Christmas Masses

Registration Opens

Monday, November 30 @ 12:00 PM

In an effort to allow for proper planning so that we can keep everyone social distanced during our Christmas liturgies, registration will be required. A separate event link will be sent out via email on the date mentioned above. Seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis.   We know that this is not convenient or preferred by anyone. Please know that your health and safety is a high priority to us.
