Deacon Jim’s

Sunday Gospel Reading and State of the Parish

This weekend, the State of the Parish address was given by Deacon Jim. Please tap the image above to watch the clip. The Sunday Gospel reading, with The Beatitudes, pairs beautifully with this important annual message. The State of the Parish report can be found in the bulletin and in the link below.

***Reconciliation Update***

The Sacrament of Reconciliation will NOT be moved back as previously stated. It will REMAIN in the ELIZABETH ANN SETON ROOM.

We re-evaluated the updated directives from The Diocese and decided that it was in the best interest of the penitent and Fr. Tony that the larger room space was a safer environment for both parties.

We apologize for any confusion these potential changes might have caused. Accurate signage will continue to be present.

Advent by Candlelight

Friday, December 4

This year we are still offering the women of Our Lady of Consolation an opportunity to begin their Advent season with fellowship and prayer. Although we are not able to gather in the way we have in the past, we will be bringing you a unique virtual event. Fr. Danny Orris will be offering an insightful and prayerful program that you can bring right into your home.

Here’s how it will work:

Table Hosts will sign up to host just like they have in the past, except this year the gathering will be in the privacy of their own home.

We will contact you for a head count and provide you with a virtual meeting link. We will also be providing a gift bag of items for you to share with your guests that you will need to pick up in the parish office.
