Middle School Curriculum Night has been rescheduled for Monday, September 19th at 7:00 PM

 

Shuttle bus #82 from Valley View will not be running next week AM or PM.  Anyone riding a bus to and from Valley View will not have service.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  

 

Lunch Accounts

You can use Infinite Campus to add money on your  child’s account and see balance. These are available right on the portal under ” Food Service”

 

BAC/LCC/Pay to Play

 

Will be billed through School Admin! You will need to login and pay these or they will be pulled on the same day as your monthly tuition fee.

 

 

COLOR DAYS

 

Color Day (noun) student uniforms are not required on these days following the guidelines below. Mr. Varner rewarded our good behavior with a Color Day.

 

Color Days can be found on the School Google Calendar.

  1. All clothes must be modest in fit and coverage.
  2. NO short-shorts 
  3. NO tank tops or sleeveless shirts
  4. Jeans without holes or rips may be worn
  5. NO leggings, yoga, work-out or pajama pants are allowed.
  6. All graphics, logos or sayings should be school appropriate.

Any students not following the guidelines will visit the uniform closet to pick out a new outfit.

 

West Catholic/Catholic Central Homecoming Color Day – students may wear West Catholic or Catholic Central tops and uniform bottoms

 

 

VOLUNTEERS

Any volunteers (coaches, robotics, CGS, library, field trips…) must complete the following: before volunteering 

  • Criminal background check
  • Read and sign the Standards of Ministerial Behavior packet
  • Complete the Virtus – Protecting God’s Children training   virtusonline.org

   *Volunteers can complete the training on line

  * Employees must complete the training in person

Fall Sports Update:

8th grade Volleyball started season with a win and one loss this week.
7th grade Volleyball won their first game Thursday, coming from behind and taking all 3 sets.
6th grade Volleyball played hard winning one set but not taking the match.
5th grade Volleyball played Thursday as well and took all 3 sets to win the match.
5/6th Soccer played this Thursday, as well, but did not take the win.

Prayers for Cross Country, Football, and Cheer as they begin their season games this coming week!  Go Cougars!

Respectful, Responsible and Safe

 

Today, these ten students were recognized today by their teachers for being Respectful, Responsible and Safe. They got to pick a prize from Mr. Varner’s PBIS Celebration Cart.  Congratulations!!!
