Registration 2025/26

Merry Christmas!

It’s hard to believe we are about to step into a brand new year. That brings registration for next school year 2025-2026. Registration for existing families begins TODAY. Your spot is held when your registration fee is paid, unless you have a current outstanding balance. I will do my best to assist you as we go, so please reach out with questions and concerns. I have provided a step by step on how to enroll for next year below.

• Login into your existing School Admin account

  • Please note the system automatically picks the next grade level up. If your child is in Preschool or Y5, this may not be properly reflected. This  will be adjusted after Kindergarten screen

• Complete your Intent to Enroll and Parent Covent Form

• Once this is completed you will be able to complete your needed forms 

  • Please note: until you apply for financial aid, your tuition contract will NOT reflect any discounts, if you do not complete the financial aid application, you will be responsible for FULL tuition charges. As you are approved your contract will be adjusted and you will be sent a new updated statement with changes.

  • Re-enrollment contracts will not be released for families with outstanding balances on the current year until paid in full.

  • Use the above link to apply for financial aid

• All scrip rebates and parish contributions will be added as they are approved.

• Contracts will be generated and will need to be signed.

  • February 1, 2025

  • This will be the last step for enrollment

If your child is not returning, we still ask that you login and fill out your school admin intent to enroll, you will be given the option to opt out of enrollment, be advised, if you do this, you will NOT be guaranteed a spot for your child come 2025-26 should you change your mind.
