Dear Parents,

We had such a GREAT day yesterday with all of the grandparents! Thank you to the teachers, staff and kitchen crew for all you did to make this day so special.

Thank you to all the parents who came to the Parents Association meeting last night. If you missed it, you were missed. So much important information is presented there. Please make an effort to attend the next meeting. The PA minutes from last night are attached.

Halloween Reminders: No blood, no guts and no weapons. Students will chance into costumes after lunch. Cars for Trunk or Treat should be in the parking lot by 1:45 PM. Parade starts at 2:00. Teachers will be voting for best decorated vehicle(s). Plan on about 200 kids.

Middle School will be walking to the bowling alley at 12:40. They may chance from uniforms to color day before lunch (no costumes).

Big Asks: We are asking for each family to bake 6 dozen cookies for Bazaar. The Cookie Booth is very popular and brings in thousands of dollars. Last year we ran out of cookies at 12:30. PLEASE help us! Baking time can be counted towards your 20 hours of service.

Bazaar Raffle tickets will be coming home soon. We are ASKING each family to sell 25 tickets. The raffle is another HUGE part of bazaar.

Parents, you are invited to join us as we pray the Rosary every Monday at 2:45 in the front of the statue of Mary in the main parish parking lot.

Retake Picture Days are coming up on:

Tuesday, Oct 29
Wednesday, Oct 30

If you’re satisfied with your child’s picture, no further action is required.

If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Please note, if your child is photographed on the original and Retake Picture Days, the Retake picture will replace the original picture in certain products, like the yearbook.

Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. If you have not preordered, please use the Retake Order Code 90624ZF to place your order at https://inter-state.com/Order. To see your Order History, check your Inter-State Account.
