Dear Parents,
When we gather together in morning prayer as a school we often recite:
At OLC we are respectful, responsible, and safe.
To start this school year we reaviewed a number of examples throughout the school day of being respectful, responsible, and safe. We will continue to prioritize these expecations as we add additional monthly virtues to help us develope a deaper understanding of a virtuous life and Christ-center community.
In October we will add to our practice of respect by focusing on the virtue of Courtesy.
Our monthly PBIS focus topics also provide ways to practice and practically apply these expectations and virtues. In October we will specifically focus on our drop-off and pick-up routines.
