Virtual Talent Show

Dear OLC Families, 

A date for the talent show was mistakenly left off of the calendar of events for this year. When I looked at the business of the spring there didn’t seem to be an ideal time to add this event to our school calendar. 

I have put a date on the Tentative Calendar of Events for 2026-2027 (to be shared soon)!

Due to a number of questions and requests I have a compromise option I would like to offer. 

If students have a talent they would like to share with the OLC community they can submit a 2 minutes (or less) video via email to me (agirox@olcschoolrockford.ord) or Mrs. Petersen (ampetersen@olcschoolrockford.org) by Tuesday May 26th. 

I will assemble these and we can show the talent video submissions during lunch the last week of May and/or the first week of June prior to the end of the school year. 

Looking forward to seeing the talent videos that come in for this unique option to wrap up the year.
